Quarterly and Yearly Wood Maintenance

Right now, we are offering a special that no company will ever make. If you sign up for one of our quarterly or yearly maintenance plans your price will be locked in for the life of the plan.

That’s right! The plan price you get today is the plan price you will pay five, ten, fifteen years from now. For the life of the plan. You saying what's the catch? First of all, we want client relationships over the long term, and we are willing to do what it takes to keep our clients happy. Second is that you only get this lifetime price lock as long as the plan is continuous, if you skip a scheduled maintenance time the price lock is void and you will be subject to the current pricing plan at the point.

Customization

We have maintenance plans to fit every space and every budget, from quarterly to yearly maintenance plans. We also work around your busy schedule by doing our maintenance at night or on weekends to we don’t interfere with your normal workday operations. We do this with no extra charges for night and weekend work.

Cleaning and Touch up

We use a 100% environmentally safe cleaner to clean and condition all your wood surfaces. This cleaner will not change the look or feel of you wood millwork but will remove the environmental dirt and grime that will cause premature aging and the eventual breakdown of your wood finishes. Then we cosmetically touch up all your nicks and scratches and repair deep gouges and dents to give your wood a facelift and look like new again.
